For the tilapia I put onion powder, garlic powder, 7 peppers, salt, basil, a little bit of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon. Put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour and then warmed up a hot pan to crust the top. When it got crusted I added some more lemon juice and lowered the heat and put a top on it for 5 to 6 minutes.
For the veggies I sautÃ©ed the mushrooms and then put the green and orange bell peppers. Also added some chopped cabbage, asparagus and broccoli with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon!
